Usually not — showing the e-ticket on your phone is enough. If the bus company needs a printout, the ticket says so.

How do I pay?

By Visa or Mastercard, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where the trip supports them. Payments run through the secure Infobus payment gateway.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Yes, under the bus company's rules. The refund depends on how long is left before departure; the terms are shown before payment and on the ticket.

My ticket didn't arrive. What now?
