Do I need to print the ticket?
Usually not — showing the e-ticket on your phone is enough. If the bus company needs a printout, the ticket says so.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where the trip supports them. Payments run through the secure Infobus payment gateway.
Can I cancel or change my ticket?
Yes, under the bus company's rules. The refund depends on how long is left before departure; the terms are shown before payment and on the ticket.
My ticket didn't arrive. What now?
Check your spam folder. If it isn't there, contact Infobus support with your order number and they will resend it.
Which documents do I need abroad?
A passport and, for some countries, a visa or residence permit. Check the entry rules before you buy.
